CBRE Signs Lease at Vantage South End to Relocate Charlotte Office
CBRE Charlotte will be moving its office to Vantage South End — a 635,000-square-foot mixed-use campus comprised of two 11-story office towers connected by an acre of greenspace — in the fourth quarter of 2022. The firm will relocate approximately 100 employees to 24,535 square feet on the second floor of the east.
CBRE’s Michael Fahey and Robert Hinton represented CBRE in the lease negotiations. Dillard Williams and Virginia Luther represented the landlord, The Spectrum Companies and Invesco.
The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 initiative, the company’s approach to workplace strategy, designed to promote employee flexibility, mobility and productivity. Workplace360 offices feature a balance of workplace settings, including both collaborative and private spaces that employees can self-select to accommodate their hour-by-hour needs.
“Employee wellbeing was at the forefront of our search for a new workplace and will continue to be a focus as we build out our space at Vantage South End,” said Compton Newman, managing director of CBRE’s Charlotte office.
