CBRE Secures Sale of Luxury Apartments in Indiana

CBRE has arranged the sale of Autumn Breeze, a 280-unit multifamily property in Noblesville, Indiana. IRT purchased the property from Lightstone Group for $59.5 million.

CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Cam Benz, Clair Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp and Sean Pingel represented the seller in the transaction. “Selling Autumn Breeze to an all-cash institutional buyer group demonstrates the continued desirability for the Indianapolis suburbs, specifically Hamilton County,” said Ott.

Located at 14901 Beauty Berry Lane, the property was built in 2009 and features a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,066 square feet. Community and unit amenities include walk-in closets, electric fireplaces, garden tubs, a fitness center, a pet spa, a coffee bar, private balconies and patios, a game room, in-unit washers and dryers and an outdoor pavilion with fire pits.
