CBRE Secures 3 Leases in Purchase

CBRE recently arranged three new leases totaling 20,000 square feet at RiverView at Purchase, a 120,000-square-foot Class A office property at 287 Bowman Ave. along Westchester County’s “Platinum Mile” in Purchase, N.Y. CBRE’s William V. Cuddy, Jr. and Jacqueline Novotny arranged the leases on behalf of the landlord, Phoenix Capital Partners.

In the largest of the three new deals, law firm Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. signed a seven-year deal for 13,000 square feet, relocating from 800 Westchester Ave. in Rye Brook.  BlueWhite Legal Capital LLC committed to 4,500 square feet, while Sappi North America Inc., a sustainable wood fibre products and solutions distributor, leased 2,500 square feet.

“RiverView at Purchase is an exceptional Class A office property fused with a boutique hospitality approach that has proven to resonate strongly with tenants, as demonstrated in the building’s steady leasing activity,” said Novotny.
