CBRE Secures 27K-SF Lease for Mill Creek Residential’s Boca Raton HQ

CBRE has arranged a new 27,079-square-foot lease for Mill Creek Residential Trust’s corporate headquarters in Boca Raton at Boca Corporate Village Center. John Jaspert of CBRE represented Mill Creek in the lease arrangement.

Boca Village Corporate Center was developed in 2008, and is one of the five newest buildings in Palm Beach County. The seven-story asset features five stories of office space with high-end finishes, hurricane-rated impact glass and three floors of covered and attached parking. The building is LEED Silver-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

“We believe this will serve as a robust strategic move for Mill Creek Residential,” said Arden Karson, senior managing director at CBRE. “As the company continues to develop and acquire apartment communities in some of the nation’s most desirable locales, the ability to house multiple business lines and divisions in a singular location will help maximize efficiencies.”
