
CBRE Secures 24K SF for Its Own Self in the Boro Tower in Tysons
CBRE is one of five companies to have signed contracts with the Meridian Group and Rockefeller Group worth a cumulative 62,034 square feet of space in Boro Tower in Tysons, Va.
Meredith LaPier, Rob Faktorow and Meghan Walters of CBRE represented their company in lease negotiations, which involved 24,108 square feet.
Additional new tenants to the Boro Tower are:
- NetApp, 24,057 square feet, represented Savills.
- Lukas, LaFuria, Lantor & Sachs, LLP, 6,425 square feet, represented by Transwestern.
- MongoDB, 5,130 square feet
- Cboe Vest, 2,314 square feet, represented by CBRE
In addition, HII’s Mission Technologies division expanded its presence in Boro Tower by an additional 3,942 square feet and was represented by CBRE.
Meridian and Rockefeller Group co-developed the Gensler-designed, 440,000-square-foot office tower. The LEED gold building — which sits in the heart of The Boro, Meridian’s 15-acre development featuring a mix of office, residential, retail, entertainment and open park space — is now 95% percent leased.
