CBRE Secures 22K-SF Industrial Lease in South Florida

CBRE has arranged a 21,637-square-foot industrial lease at Flagler Station II in Medley, FL. The tenant, Anthem South will occupy the property immediately. Anthem South is a manufacturer/supplier of wet wipes, skincare, hair care and body care products.

Located at 10800 Northwest 106th St., the space includes 1,411 square feet of office space, 20,226 square feet of warehouse space and seven dock positions. Devin White, David Albert and Andrew Fernandez of CBRE represented ownership, Morgan Stanley, in the transaction, which owns more than 1.4 million square feet of distribution space at Flagler Station.

“We are thrilled to bring Anthem into the Morgan Stanley family within Flagler Station,” said Devin White, Senior Vice President at CBRE. “The deal happened very quickly as the tenant’s business was growing to accommodate needs borne from the pandemic.”
