CBRE has arranged a 12,938-square-foot office lease at Fountain Square II, a 133,887-square-foot office building in Tampa.
The tenant, ConnectON, an IT services company providing management, support, and consulting services, signed a seven-year lease at the property. Located at 4925 Independence Parkway, the property is two miles from the Tampa International Airport along the Veterans Expressway within Tampa’s Westshore submarket. The four-story building features floor-to-ceiling windows, structured parking and water views.
Barry Hannerfeld of CBRE represented the owners, Owens Realty Capital, in the lease transaction. Owens Realty Capital is a privately held investment firm based in Orlando.
