
CBRE Represents USAA in 10M-SF Portfolio Sale
CBRE represented USAA Real Estate Co. in the sale of its North American Logistics Portfolio. As ConnectMedia reported in December, Gramercy Property Trust acquired the 10.2-million, 17-property portfolio for $512 million. CBRE’s Jack Fraker, Chris Riley, Frank Fallon, Mike Caprile, Darla Longo, Barbara Emmons, Mike Hines, Brian Fiumara and Ryan Thornton handled the transaction. Val Acthemeier with CBRE arranged the financing.
Occupancy rate across the board was 97%, with tenants including Rite Aid, Clorox Manufacturing Co. and Whirlpool Co. The portfolio is comprised of:

- 607,208 square feet, Fermi Drive Industrial, Vallejo-Fairfield, CA
- 520,000 square feet, 260 Pioneer, Sacramento, CA
- 2.4 million square feet, Stateline Bldg F, Stateline Bldg H, Chickasaw Bldg D, Chickasaw Bldg G, Memphis, TN
- 527,100 square feet, Trade Avenue, Dallas, TX
- 1.4 million square feet, Port Union A, Port Union H, Cummins Distribution Center, Cincinnati, OH
- 1.8 million square feet, Interstate South Bldg 4 and Clorox BTS, Atlanta, GA
- 1.1 million square feet, TBC Distribution Center, GE Trade Zone Blvd., Summerville, SC
- 469,830 square feet, GE Distribution Center, 600 Whittaker Rd., Jacksonville, FL
