CBRE Relocating Tampa Office to 17K SF in Heights Union Development
CBRE has signed a 17,455-square-foot lease at the Heights Union development located at 2002 North Tampa Street in Tampa, FL.
The Heights Union is a Class A mixed-use development that was completed in 2021. It includes two 150,000-square-foot office buildings with a 1,500-space parking garage located in the redeveloped Tampa Heights neighborhood.
CBRE’s Ryan Reynolds and John Heald represented CBRE in the lease negotiations. CBRE’s Jimmy Garvey and Kristin Kenney represented the building’s landlord, Cousins Properties.
The firm will relocate from 101 East Kennedy Boulevard to Heights Union in the second quarter of 2023 and will occupy the entire ground floor, as well as a private 1,500-square-foot outdoor space equipped with power, Wi-Fi and shaded, functional seating. The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program and “free address” approach where there is no assigned seating; all workstations can be used by employees who are in the office on a given day.
