CBRE has signed a 16,000-square-foot lease at 1001 Fleet Street, a renovated mixed-use property owned by Harbor East Management Group. The firm will relocate from 100 East Pratt Street to the 8th floor of 1001 Fleet Street in January 2026.

CBRE’s David Fields, Jonathan Hall, and Jordana Pollack represented CBRE in the lease negotiations. “Baltimore’s vibrancy, rich culture, and waterfront setting make it an inspiring place to work, and our new space will be designed to reflect the city’s great character,” said Heather Nevin, senior managing director and leader of CBRE’s Maryland business. “We’re looking forward to immersing ourselves in the energetic Harbor East community.”

The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program, one of more than 100 Workplace360 offices the firm has opened across the globe. “We’re thrilled to create a workplace that not only enhances the experience for our employees but also reflects the high standards we deliver to our clients every day,” added Kyle Schoppmann, President of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region.
