CBRE Rearranges Sr. Leadership Team

CBRE Group, Inc. shuffled the senior leadership team at its real estate investment subsidiaries, CBRE Global Investors and Trammell Crow Company. The moves involve Matt Khourie, who served as CEO of CBRE Global Investors for the past six years, and Ritson Ferguson, who served on Global Investors’ Global Investment Committee since 2011, and as Chief Investment Officer since 2015.

Khourie was named CEO of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., and Ferguson was named CEO of Los Angeles-based CBRE Global Investors. Ferguson will also remain as CEO of CBRE Clarion Securities, the company’s Pennsylvania-based real estate securities business.

It is a return to the real estate development business for Khourie, who was a senior leader at Trammell Crow Co. for 29 years, before joining CBRE Global Investors in 2009.
