CBRE Promotes Two to SVP in San Antonio

Rob Burlingame and Joshua Aguilar with CBRE Industrial & Logistics have been promoted to SVPs. Based in San Antonio, the pair are business partners and focus on industrial tenant representation, project leasing and property acquisitions and dispositions across San Antonio and South Texas.
 
“Rob and Joshua’s promotions are a testament to the tremendous contributions Joshua and Rob have made to the San Antonio and South Texas industrial markets,” said Gardner Peavy, managing director with CBRE’s San Antonio office. “Their unsurpassed market knowledge and dedication to their clients have allowed them to achieve exceptional client outcomes.” 

Burlingame and Aguilar have represented high-profile private and public regional and national clients and many prominent landlords and developers on assignments ranging from traditional leasing and acquisitions and dispositions to complex build-to-suit transactions and ground-up developments. Recently, the team has completed transactions with Trane, Oshkosh Corporation, TWE Nonwovens and Modine.
