CBRE Promotes Tres Reid to Vice Chairman in Los Angeles

CBRE veteran Tres Reid has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest rank for producers within the company. In his 34-year career at the firm based in the South Bay office, Reid has been directly involved in closing more than 1,500 lease and sale transactions, representing over $4.2 billion and 75 million square feet of space.

“Tres has been a leading tenant representation professional, overseeing the highest level of negotiations with some of the most high-profile clients throughout the region,” said Bobby Peddicord, executive managing director at CBRE. “This well deserved promotion showcases his expertise, long-term relationships with his clients and dedicated work ethic. We are honored to have him as part of our team.”

Reid maintains a high level of community and charitable commitment, as he is involved with Vista Del Mar, Peninsula Education Foundation, San Pedro Boys’ and Girls’ Club and San Pedro YMCA.
