CBRE Promotes Nick Santangelo to EVP in Portland

CBRE Promotes Nick Santangelo to EVP in Portland

CBRE has announced that 16-year commercial real estate veteran Nick Santangelo has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President in Portland, OR. Santangelo has been with CBRE since 2011, and is a member of the firm’s Debt & Structured Finance Group, where he works with developers and owners to originate capital across all major property types, resulting in more than $3.5 billion in financing across the West Coast.

“This well-deserved promotion reflects Nick’s hard work and dedication to his clients and CBRE,” said the firm’s Portland Managing Director, Jason Green. “We are very fortunate to have Nick as part of the Portland office and we look forward to seeing what inspired work he will deliver in the future.”

Prior to CBRE, Santangelo worked six years for Berkadia as an analyst and associate producer. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s degree from the University of Portland.
