CBRE Promotes Mike Roden to Vice Chair
CBRE’s Mike Roden has been promoted to Vice Chair, the highest rank for Advisory & Transaction professionals within the company. Since joining CBRE in 2004, Roden has become a vital part of CBRE’s market-leading Baltimore industrial practice.
“Mike is widely respected by his clients and colleagues for his expertise, collaborative approach to problem solving, and granular market knowledge,” said Kyle Schoppmann, President of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region. “We are proud to have Mike as part of our team and congratulate him on this truly deserved promotion.”
Roden has been a perennial top producer, ranking in the top 10% of all CBRE producers in 2023. He is a key figure on the Baltimore industrial team, concentrating on the leasing of industrial, office and warehouse facilities in the Baltimore/Washington market. During his tenure with CBRE, Roden has been instrumental in the completion of transactions totaling more than 82 million square feet and valued at nearly $5 billion.
