CBRE Promotes Mike Brucato to Market Leader for Greater Boston

Mike Brucato has been promoted to executive managing director and market leader for CBRE’s Greater Boston region. He now oversees the business and growth strategy for CBRE’s Advisory business, including investment sales, leasing, consulting, valuation, debt and structured finance and property management throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island.

With nearly two decades in commercial real estate, Brucato most recently served as senior managing director for the Boston area, spearheading the region’s Occupier and Accounts businesses. Under his guidance, the Boston Occupier and Accounts teams delivered comprehensive solutions to national and global clients across office, industrial, healthcare, life sciences and retail sectors.

“Mike’s appointment as leader of Greater Boston underscores his dedication to delivering industry-leading client service and his unparalleled understanding of the Boston real estate market,” said Pete Schippits, president, Advisory Services, East Region. “Mike has played a pivotal role in guiding our Boston brokerage teams and expanding our multi-market business. His ability to oversee and coordinate some of CBRE’s most significant and intricate accounts is a testament to his leadership.”
