CBRE appointed industry veteran Laura Barr as Americas retail leader for its Advisory & Transaction Services line of business, based in San Francisco. She is now responsible for CBRE’s retail leasing growth strategy and client delivery across the firm’s retail leasing professionals, who were responsible for more than $11.1 billion in transactions in 2022.

For the past decade, Barr has been a trusted retail leader within CBRE’s San Francisco office, where she built team that handlesoccupier leasing, institutional agency leasing and consulting. She is an established thought leader and advisor to numerous investor and occupier clients, consistently delivering innovative solutions.
