Kevin Dudley has been promoted to vice chairman at CBRE, the highest rank for Advisory & Transaction professionals within the firm.
Based in NJ, Dudley joined CBRE in 2010. He has arranged millions of square feet of large deals on behalf of owners, including Ares, Bridge Development, Bridge Industrial Group, and Brookfield Properties. On the tenant representation side, he has arranged leases totaling millions of square feet for companies like AAA, Armani, Boxzooka, Blue Apron, and Coach.
“This is the highest level of recognition for CBRE advisory professionals and marks a major milestone in Kevin’s career as he becomes one of the youngest professionals at CBRE to earn this promotion.
