CBRE Promotes Four Indianapolis Pros to EVP

CBRE has promoted four members of its Indianapolis team to EVP. Terry Busch, Andrew Morris and Jeremy Woods have been promoted to EVP with CBRE Industrial and Logisitics, while Mike Cook has been promoted to EVP with CBRE Corporate Services. 

Busch has more than 25 years of experience representing manufacturing and distribution tenants and specializes in leasing and build-to-suit projects. Morris and Woods are partners with more than 42 years of combined industrial commercial real estate experience. 

Cook has more than 27 years’ experience working on a wide range of strategic planning and transaction assignments globally, including sale-leasebacks, synthetic structures, and site acquisition and dispositions for office and industrial tenants.  

“Terry, Andrew, Jeremy and Mike are high-performing professionals who demonstrate the utmost business acumen and client-centric service,” said CBRE senior managing director Jeff Kaiser. “They are all highly skilled experts in their fields and incredibly deserving of their promotions.”
