Veteran office brokers Dan Swift and Lana Baldock have joined the CBRE team in Portland, OR as Senior Vice Presidents, returning to the firm after 16 years at Cushman & Wakefield. In their new roles, Swift and Baldock will focus on office leasing and sales in the Pacific Northwest and across the U.S.

Swift brings 35 years of experience and has negotiated over 1,800 transactions representing over $3 billion. Baldock has over 28 years of experience, completing over $2 billion in lease and sale deals. They became partners in 1999 while at CBRE and its predecessor company Insignia.
