CBRE Picks Up Multi-State Entertainment Assignment
California-based Round One Entertainment Inc. selected Los Angeles-based CBRE Group Inc. for a tenant representation assignment to search for new locations in the East and Central parts of the U.S. A typical location is 50,000 square feet, and offers bowling, karaoke, arcade games, billiards, darts, ping pong, and food.
Since opening its first location in the City of Industry, CA in August 2010, the multi-entertainment activity complex company has expanded its footprint to six sites in California, two in Texas, and one each in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Washington. The company’s national expansion plans include opening five to six locations each year.
CBRE Japan Desk’s Kenji Sakai says, “This important assignment solidifies the great relationship that our CBRE team has with Round One Entertainment.”
