CBRE, Pantheon Team on Leasing in Tight Bronx Industrial Market

A team from CBRE & Pantheon Properties is marketing the largest block of single-story warehouse space available for immediate occupancy in the Bronx. AEW and MRP Realty have tasked the team with leasing up the vacant, recently renovated 1300 Viele Ave. (pictured) and 1301 Ryawa Ave., with combined square footage of 120,775 square feet.

CBRE’s John Reinertsen is partnering with Pantheon’s Gary Capetta and Matt Corpuel on the leasing assignment. “The Bronx benefits from strategic advantages for warehouse/distribution space, as it provides great access to major highways serving the entire Tri-State Region and is in very close proximity to all three major New York-area airports,” said Reinertsen.

“With industrial availabilities at record lows throughout the region, especially in the Bronx where availability for industrial space is extremely tight, this property offers an opportunity for an occupant seeking space today,” he added.
