CBRE Opens New Workplace360 Office in St. Louis

CBRE opened a new 13,611-square-foot office on the sixth floor of The Plaza in Clayton, located at 190 Carondelet Plaza in Clayton, Missouri. The firm relocated from the 14th floor of the same building, which it has occupied since 2012.

The new office is part of the company’s “Future of Work” space standards, including innovative technology and a wider variety of collaborative spaces designed to support hybrid working. “We’re thrilled to welcome this new era in the Plaza with a highly collaborative Workplace360 office in St. Louis,” said Jeff Kaiser, a senior managing director and market leader at CBRE.

St. Louis’ history inspired the design theme of the office, and features nods to the famous Gateway Arch with various curved design elements throughout the space. The CBRE Design Collective team worked to select art pieces that showcase the city’s neighborhoods and local artists. Building amenities include an outdoor terrace, lounges, a fitness center, a golf simulator and a game room.
