CBRE Names Market Leader for Cleveland, Akron

CBRE appointed Andrew Coleman managing director and market leader for its Cleveland and Akron business. He will oversee business operations and drive the offices’ growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, project management and property management.

With two decades’ experience in commercial real estate advisory services, Coleman rejoined CBRE in 2018 after an 11-year tenure as EVP at JLL. At CBRE, he most recently served as first VP in Cleveland, where he’s been a leader in its office sector leasing efforts.

“After a thorough review process, it was clear Andrew’s wealth of expertise and leadership qualities made him the perfect person to lead our Cleveland and Akron offices,” said CBRE’s Michael Copella, senior managing director and market leader for Ohio. “His capacity to manage complex situations with diligence and poise will serve us well.”
