CBRE Named Leasing Agency for 1M-SF Stamford Plaza

CBRE has been appointed as leasing agency for RFR’s Stamford Plaza, a four-building, one million-square-foot office campus in Stamford, CT. The CBRE team of David Block, Joseph Weaver and Jacqueline Novotny, along with Margaret Carlson of RFR, will oversee the leasing campaign ..

“Stamford Plaza is an unparalleled office complex in the heart of the central business district of Stamford,” said Block. “We are thrilled to work with RFR in expanding its tenant base at Stamford Plaza, already home to many of the state’s leading businesses, attracted by a combination of location and best-in-class amenities, along with a world-renowned art collection displayed throughout the complex.”

In 2019, Stamford Plaza’s ownership executed a significant capital improvements campaign at the campus, which included new entranceways and lobbies for Three Stamford Plaza and Four Stamford
