CBRE Named Exclusive Retail Leasing Agent for Tysons Corner Center

CBRE has been named the exclusive retail leasing agent for Tysons Corner Center, a 1.8 million square foot retail center in the Washington, D.C. MSA.

Located at 1961 Chain Bridge Rd. in Tysons, Virginia, just minutes from downtown D.C., the center is home to national and international brands. The CBRE team of Michael Zacharia and Reilly Hudson will spearhead the leasing campaign at the retail center on behalf of the owners, Macerich.

The mall’s anchor department stores are Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale’s. The mall also features prominent retailers, including Apple, Lululemon, Zara, Rolex, Victoria’s Secret, Urban Outfitters, Vuori, Sephora, Mango, Free People, H&M, and Abercrombie.

“We are thrilled to be working with Macerich on the best retail asset in the DC MSA, and we are expecting to capitalize on the incredible demand from national tenants looking to establish a presence in the region,” said Hudson.
