CBRE Named Co-Subleasing Agent at Bridgewater Offices

CBRE has been appointed the co-subleasing agent with Zell Partnership Inc. for 674,000 square feet of office space at 55 Corporate Dr. in Bridgewater, NJ. The fully furnished, plug-and-play space was completely renovated in 2019 and represents one of the largest blocks of available furnished office space statewide.

The CBRE team of Sean Morley, Rémy deVarenne, Jr., Gregory Barkan, Steve Purpura and Jonathan Schifrin, along with Zell Partnership’s Louis Kluger, will spearhead the leasing campaign.

“The office space at 55 Corporate Dr. offers potential corporate space users a one-of-a-kind opportunity to decentralize and de-densify their operations within a suburban complex – a trend we are seeing a number of tenants request,” said deVarenne. “Given the almost complete shutdown of construction in New Jersey and severely delayed supply chains, tenants are seeking fully furnished spaces to facilitate the completion of projects and reduce capital costs.”
