CBRE Moves Goodwill of OC into Former Big Lots

CBRE’s Walter Pagel and Hannah Curran represented Goodwill Industries of Orange County in negotiating a new retail lease in Orange. The 13,156-square-foot building is located at 1821 North Tustin St. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

“This is an excellent location for Goodwill of Orange County as they are growing their operations in Orange County,” said Pagel, an SVP at CBRE. “We are working with the nonprofit to identify additional 15,000- to 25,000-square-foot properties with high traffic counts and visibility.”

The standalone retail building is near the northeast corner of Taft Avenue and North Tustin Street and is the former home of Big Lots.
