CBRE Markets Upper West Side Development Site for Sale or Lease

CBRE has been retained as the exclusive agent for the sale or lease of a development site at 335 W. 64th St. by Taconic Partners and Nuveen Real Estate. The Upper West Side site, located near multiple cultural landmarks, medical and educational facilities, can be delivered raw or as a built-to-suit to accommodate a number of uses.
The CBRE team of Stephen Siegel, Robert Hill and Josh Pernice will spearhead the leasing campaign, while CBRE’s Daniel Kaplan and Justin Arzi will oversee marketing the sale of the empty site.
“335 W. 64th St. is ideally positioned to offer a number of unique opportunities to the market,” said  Siegel. “Its location, just steps from Lincoln Center of the Performing Arts, make the site ideal for non-residential uses including libraries, museums or non-commercial art galleries, schools, philanthropic or non-profit institutions and healthcare facilities.”
