CBRE Markets Under-Construction KC Offices for Sublease

CBRE is marketing an under-construction trophy office tower in Kansas City, MO for sublease. Formerly known as 1400 Baltimore in Kansas City, the 260,000-square-foot 1400 KC will be available for occupancy and for tenant improvements starting in April of 2022.

Bob Fagan and Matt Eckert, both CBRE SVPs in the firm’s Kansas City office, have been awarded the marketing and leasing assignment for the property.

“A property of this quality and size will draw national attention because of the available employment resources,” said Fagan. “Kansas City is gaining focus for its highly-educated work force that has a reputation for being hard-working and loyal.

“As the world begins to envision a post-COVID office environment, the quality of the experience has come sharply into focus and will be a critical strategic consideration for organizations that want to attract and retain the very best talent,” he added.
