CBRE Markets Flushing’s Largest Available Office Space
CBRE has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the largest block of available office space in downtown Flushing. The 20,000-square-foot space is on the top floor of Queens Crossing, a 12-story mixed-use development at 136-20 38th Ave.
“The top floor of Queens Crossing is the largest office space currently available for lease in Flushing, a market dominated by many office condos that are for sale and can run up to $1,300 per square foot,” said CBRE’s Roy Chipkin, who is marketing the space on the landlord’s behalf.
“Flushing has the lowest commercial vacancy rate in all of Queens, making this listing for leased office space even more rare,” Chipkin added. “This space at Queens Crossing provides a tenant the ability to create an affordable presence in this neighborhood, where there is a growing demand for commercial space and services, especially as the residential market continues to thrive.”
