CBRE Markets 600 Randolph in Detroit’s CBD

CBRE is bringing 600 Randolph St. back to the downtown Detroit market. The 235,771-square-foot building and an adjacent-0.80-acre parking lot will be available for sale or lease to qualified parties. This opportunity represents the largest standalone block of available office space in Detroit’s CBD.

CBRE’s Brendan George and Jasper Hanifi will market the property.

“While preserving and showcasing the building’s history is a top priority, new occupants will also have an opportunity to modernize the building with standard technology and amenities,” said George. “This iconic address is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for a potential user to plant their flag in the heart of America’s ‘comeback city’.”

He added, “The timing here is ideal. 600 Randolph represents a singular opportunity in the CBD just as we are seeing users and occupants starting to re-populate in a return to normal.
