CBRE Lists Self-Contained Studio Space in Chelsea 

CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Chelsea Piers Studios, a self-contained studio space in Midtown West available for long-term lease.  

The studio space comprises 86,012 square feet and has the potential to create an additional 166,000 square feet on two floors and a mezzanine level. The facility boasts large column-free stage spaces, on-site parking, and access to Chelsea Piers facilities 

CBRE’s team, including Anthony Dattoma, Paul Amrich, Neil King, and Anthony Jasenski, is leading the leasing campaign on behalf of Chelsea Piers Studios.
