CBRE Leases 155K-SF in Oakland to Chinese IT Company

CBRE’s Bob Ferraro, Michael Barry and Kurt Mrazik have arranged a 155,000-square-foot lease at an Oakland, CA industrial warehouse to China-based IT company Lansum International. CBRE represented the sub-landlord at the Pardee Drive facility while Colliers represented the sub-tenant.

“We’ve been experiencing record high activity in the Oakland/East Bay industrial market for the last two years, and while things have slowed slightly, we are still experiencing activity above pre-pandemic levels. Class A space of this size is hard to find in the East Bay, and with 1.5 million square feet of new product expected to deliver next year, several tenants have pre-leased space as availability remains below 5%,” said Ferraro.

Built in 2012, the warehouse features 30’ clear heights, 18 docks, a heavy trailer storage yard and 20,000 square feet of office space. The property is within a 15-minute drive to Oakland International Airport and Port of Oakland.
