CBRE Launches ‘Hana’ West Coast at Irvine’s Park Place

CBRE’s Hana coworking platform has opened a first location on the west coast at Park Place, the landmark mixed-use campus at the heart of Irvine, CA’s Business Complex.

Hana Park Place is a partnership with campus owners LBA Realty, Principal Real Estate and Allianz, and offers target tenants a Class A office environment with 62,000 square feet of team suites and coworking space paired to amenities and hospitality.

First impressions are important to Andrew Kupiec, CEO of Hana, who says Hana Park Place is “a showpiece as we plan to grow throughout Southern California.”

Park Place offers a variety of live, work and play amenities, including restaurants, shopping, hospitality, apartment homes, common green spaces and more.

According to Brad Neglia, principal of LBA Realty, “The (Hana) space is beautiful, the services and amenities are top-notch, and they are committed to creating a unique amenity for the entire campus.”
