CBRE Lands Major Leasing Assignment in St. Louis

CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Crunden Martin, a 500,000-square-foot, Class A office redevelopment of a former industrial manufacturing site in St. Louis.

Crunden Martin is located at 760 S. Second Street, and the property will be redeveloped as part of the initial phase for the 100-acre, master-planned Gateway South Advanced Building Collaboration District development in St. Louis.

CBRE’s Tom Ray will market the space for lease on behalf of the landlord and developer, St. Louis-based Good Developments Group. Phase 1 redevelopment plans of Crunden Martin will include revitalizing the site’s seven conjoined buildings into a mixed-use, adaptive reuse workspace complex featuring prototyping spaces, office, food and beverage retail and production facilities and other enhanced amenities designed for construction-focused tenants.

“Crunden Martin is being made into an innovative and collaborative work environment which will encourage new ideas and testing from building, architecture and other construction companies,” said Ray.
