CBRE, JLL Capital Markets Experts Jump to NKF

Office investment sales experts Gary Carr, John Alvarado, Robert Hill and Chris Murphy have joined Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) as vice chairmen. The four office investment sales specialists are out of NKF’s Uptown Dallas office.

Carr, Alvarado and Hill join NKF from CBRE; Carr was vice chairman, and Alvarado and Hill served as senior vice presidents. Murphy was previously with JLL and its predecessor firm HFF, where he was managing director. The four experts have combined office sales experience totaling in excess of $50 billion in transaction volume.

“The addition of these investment experts in a state in which capital markets volume is approaching coastal levels continues to expand NKF’s footprint to allow us to best serve our clients,” said Barry Gosin, CEO of Newmark Group Inc.
