CBRE Investment Management Adds Two Senior Directors

CBRE Investment Management has expanded its Americas Direct Commercial Acquisitions team with the appointments of Colin Rosenbaum and Robert Andrews as Senior Directors. Rosenbaum and Andrews are the leads responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, due diligence and closing of commercial investments across the firm’s various funds and separate accounts for the Texas/Colorado/Southeast and Midwest/Northeast regions, respectively, alongside Cassondra Mehlum who joined the firm last May.

In addition to retail and office sector coverage, Rosenbaum, Andrews and Mehlum will spearhead continued growth in CBRE Investment Management’s investments in recession-resistant emerging growth sectors, including life science, medical office and self-storage assets.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Rosenbaum, who is based in Dallas, was SVP of acquisitions for Regent Properties.

Andrews, who is based in New York, joined the firm from Baywing Capital, where he was a principal responsible for identifying, underwriting and conducting due diligence on real estate investment opportunities.
