CBRE IM Adds Senior Director for U.S. Value-Add Fund Series 

Jonathan San Antonio has joined CBRE Investment Management as senior director for the U.S. closed-end enhanced return series. He will contribute to formulating and implementing each fund’s strategy, focusing on portfolio management, capital deployment, asset management, financing, dispositions, and capital raising for the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. fund series. 

With previous experience as vice president at Ares Management, Jonathan brings expertise in executing equity investments across property sectors for various fund vehicles. His background also includes roles at Rockwood Capital, CIM Group, and Credit Suisse, where he gained experience in private equity and investment banking.
