CBRE IM Adds Jesse Harty as Head of Logistics Operator Division for Americas

CBRE Investment Management has appointed Jesse Harty as the head of the logistics operator division for the Americas Direct Real Estate Division. Harty will oversee the logistics investment execution and operations activities for CBRE IM’s core, value-add, and development strategies in the United States. He will also lead the logistics transactions and asset management teams.

“Jesse’s strong, consistent track record in developing, executing and managing the growth of industrial portfolios in some of the top U.S. logistics markets will be invaluable as we continue to expand our investment footprint within this sector,” said Robert Perry, president of the Americas Real Estate Division.

Before joining CBRE IM, Harty served as Senior Vice President at Prologis, managing a 55 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in New York and New Jersey. Before that, he was the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic regional manager at Clarion Partners, where he managed a 30 million-square-foot industrial portfolio.
