CBRE Hires Vicki Huynh to Join Seattle Debt & Structured Finance Team

CBRE announced that Vicki Huynh has joined Debt & Structured Finance in Seattle as senior vice president. Huynh brings over 20 years of experience in sourcing, underwriting and structuring mortgage transactions for multifamily and commercial real estate in the Pacific Northwest.

Huynh will join CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team led by Josh Berde. Huynh was vice president at EverBank, N.A. (formerly TIAA Bank), where she was a top sales executive originating over $1.2 billion in new multifamily and commercial real estate mortgages. During her tenure, she developed a previously stagnant territory from zero to over $100 million in annual volume. Prior to that, she was a vice president at GE Capital Real Estate, specializing in retail, office, industrial, and commercial equity, debt and portfolio management.

“Navigating debt markets has been extremely difficult in today’s economic environment, and Vicki’s knowledge, experience and relationships have delivered outstanding outcomes for her clients,” said John R. Miller, executive managing director for the Pacific Northwest and market leader for the Seattle region.
