CBRE Hires Stephen Shoemaker as SVP 

CBRE has hired Stephen Shoemaker as SVP to join the multi-market industrial occupiers team. In his new role, Shoemaker will partner with CBRE Vice Chairmen Jeffrey Babikian and David Opper, focusing on providing real estate advisory services for industrial clients.  

Shoemaker has experience representing a diverse array of industrial occupiers and owners, including food & beverage, 3PL, bulk distributors, drayage/port, intermodal, trailer parking, and retail logistics occupiers. Prior to joining CBRE, Shoemaker worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in industrial logistics and supply chain tenant and landlord representation. 

“Stephen is a recognized leader implementing top-tier service strategies to numerous Fortune 500 companies, and an excellent addition to our multi-market account services team,” said Jeffrey Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey operations. “His client base includes a diverse array of leading industrial occupiers and owners.”
