CBRE Hires Office Specialist in Boise

Karena Gilbert has joined CBRE’s Boise office with Advisory & Transaction Services. She will specialize in office sales and leasing for investors, landlords and tenants. Gilbert brings more than 18 years of brokerage and commercial construction experience to the company, most recently with Colliers.

Prior to that, she served as an office brokerage specialist with TOK Commercial for nine years, and she worked in construction management and development as an owner’s representative before transitioning to brokerage. Throughout her career, Gilbert has led or participated in more than 500 office sales and lease transactions for a total consideration of $174 million.

“Karena is a natural leader with an impeccable reputation in Boise, and we’re excited to see her business grow as she leverages CBRE’s broad resources to serve her clients,” said John Miller, executive managing director for CBRE in the Pacific Northwest.
