CBRE Hires Goodwin as Director in Nashville

CBRE has hired Elizabeth Goodwin as Director, Project Management in Nashville. Goodwin will lead the firm’s local project management team, overseeing 16 project managers and reporting directly to the managing director, Stephen Kulinski.
Prior to joining CBRE, Goodwin served as Business Development Manager at Doster Construction Company and Bell & Associates Construction. She joins CBRE with nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee, and a Master of Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
“We’re very excited to welcome Ms. Goodwin to our team in Nashville, and are looking forward to her contributions to our growing project management team, which is currently working on a number of significant projects in our market, including the new Asurion Headquarters and renovations to the AT&T building,” said Kulinski.
