CBRE Hires Gary Scalise as Pittsburgh Market Leader
Gary Scalise has joined CBRE as managing director and market leader for Pittsburgh.
In this role, Scalise will be responsible for day-to-day operations for all Pittsburgh Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations and debt and structured finance across all property types. Scalise’s hire follows the transition of Mamadou Baldé, who led CBRE’s Pittsburgh market from 2022 before assuming leadership of the firm’s Greater Philadelphia market in September 2025.

Scalise brings more than 25 years of business development, client relations and office management experience to CBRE. Most recently, he served as managing director at Ernst & Young.
