CBRE Hires Debbie Askins as Director of Property Tax Services in Atlanta

CBRE has hired Debbie Askins as director of property tax services in Atlanta. In her new role, Askins will help clients achieve best-in-class property and transaction tax results by providing expert strategies while executing property and transaction tax appeals and abatements.

Askins is part of a national expansion in Property & Transaction Tax Services for CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services. CBRE also recently added Property Tax Directors in New York City and Washington, D.C., giving the firm a strong presence in three major East Coast markets.

Prior to joining CBRE, Askins held senior management positions with a national property tax presence. She has over 14 years of real property tax advisory experience in a variety of property types for large portfolios with more than $14 billion in value.
