CBRE has welcomed James Bennett as Vice Chairman in Palo Alto, CA, where he will join the real estate firm’s Bay Area life sciences practice. Bennett is bringing over 30 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, asset management, development and valuation to the company.

Previously, he held a senior leadership role at Kidder Mathews’ life sciences group, where he was involved in major tenant and landlord assignments throughout the West Coast. Bennett represented tenants in Big Pharma, biotech companies and early-stage venture backed firms. He has also represented a variety of investors and developers.
