CBRE Hires Bateman as Managing Director in Broward, Palm Beach

CBRE has announced the hiring of David Bateman as Managing Director of Broward and Palm Beach counties. In his new role, he is responsible for leading CBRE’s Advisory and Transactional business operations and strategy in these markets, encompassing more than 70 professionals across three offices.

Bateman brings more than 13 years of experience to the firm, most recently as Senior Vice President and Team Lead at NAI Partners in Houston, where he led Agency Leasing operations. Bateman also served as Executive Vice President for Hartman Income REIT, where he oversaw all leasing activities for a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets.

“David’s comprehensive commercial real estate experience makes him an outstanding addition to our leadership team. We are confident he will take our Broward and Palm Beach operations to new heights,” said Tripp Gulliford, executive managing director of Florida at CBRE. “Attracting best-in-class talent and leadership like David represents a big win for us and our clients.”
