CBRE Hires Asset Management Specialist for Retail

Deirdre Larsen has joined CBRE’s asset services group in Chicago as associate director. She’ll be responsible for the performance of the firm’s retail portfolio, in both the suburban and downtown markets.

Larsen has specialized in asset management her entire career, most recently as portfolio manager with Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversaw retail properties in several of Chicago’s most popular markets, including the Magnificent Mile, Lincoln Park and the Gold Coast. Before that, she worked with locally-based Sterling Bay, managing numerous properties in the developer’s West Loop portfolio.

“Deirdre brings a level experience and market savvy to our team that will be a huge benefit moving forward,” said Neil Pendleton, managing director for CBRE’s asset services in Chicago.
