CBRE Handling 3-Building Detroit Portfolio Assignment

BASCO hired CBRE for a three-building, 104,000-square-foot office portfolio in downtown Detroit. The properties, 44 West Michigan Avenue, 220 West Congress Street and 607 Shelby Street, are all located within the Financial District and within walking distance of public transportation and major entertainment amenities.

44 West Michigan is a 21,500-square-foot, three-story facility. It has undergone significant interior demolitions, and is ready for tenant build-out.

220 West Congress St. (pictured) and 607 Shelby St. are adjacent properties, combining for 83,000 square feet of space. The property is currently receiving major façade and interior work.

CBRE’s Brendan George, Jasper Hanifi and Matt Croswell will handle the listing.

George says, “Properties in this marquee location rarely have this kind of availability, making this a very rare and unique opportunity that offers an amazing amount of flexibility for a wide range of users.”
